Wendy Larson
Chief Executive Officer
Wendy has 30+ years of experience in digital transformation consulting. Wendy has a deep understanding of what moves the needle in digital business transformation. She has seen countless businesses struggling to keep pace with rapid technological change. Wendy understands that maximizing your bottom line is critical, which is why she has created Solei Consulting that delivers innovative, profit-boosting solutions tailored to your business.
Wendy’s true passion is working with businesses to adapt to the digital world, secure buy-in and navigate resistance as digital transformations can be a major shift for any company. Her strengths include positioning a company long-term to thrive and capitalize on future opportunities.
Throughout her career Wendy has been at the forefront of digital innovation in banking, finance, and manufacturing, including spearheading digital transformations for American Express.
Later, at Dyno, a $40 billion global explosives company, Wendy transformed their digital program, commercializing solutions that generated millions in revenue and reshaped customer relationships.
Through Solei, Wendy also supports initiatives protecting coastal environments and communities in Kenya helping restore ecosystems and promote sustainability.
David Massey

When the stakes are high, companies turn to a trusted attorney who knows how to leverage
litigation to protect and achieve key business objectives. David Massey is a trial lawyer who
specializes in guiding some of the nation’s largest companies through complex litigation and arbitration. His focus is on defending high-stakes disputes across industries like telecommunications, auto manufacturers, healthcare, travel, and consumer products. He
doesn’t just defend his clients—he creates strategic advantages to help them emerge stronger.
David advises clients in virtually every kind of litigation, including MDL’s, receivership actions,
product liability, product recalls, intellectual property disputes, COVID-19 litigation, domestic and international distributor terminations, and a myriad of breach of contract, tort, and antitrust
actions. He also represented companies in government investigations involving pharmaceuticals, hospitals, promotional products and alcohol beverages, and regularly represented a wide variety of other clients including large developers, law firms, accounting firms, startups and nonprofits.
In addition to my work as a trial attorney, he works closely with Solei Consulting driving Digital Transformation for companies ready to stay ahead of the curve. Solei’s approach blends
innovation with practical solutions that not only meet, but exceed, customer expectations.

objectives and operational realities. Known as a “lawyer’s lawyer,” David frequently collaborates

Jaime Hullinger

Jaime Hullinger is a seasoned technology executive with 25 years of experience at American Express, including eight years a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of American Express National Bank. Renowned for leading large-scale, innovative, and cutting edge programs across domestic and international markets.
Jaime has consistently delivered impactful digital transformations within one of the world’s leading Fortune 10 companies.
An expert in driving cultural shifts and fostering technological innovation, Jaime has spearheaded initiatives that modernized operations, enhanced customer experienced, and optimized security frameworks for highly regulated environments. With deep commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance Jaime ensures the implementation of robust security practices across all facets of the organization, safeguarding customer trust and maintaining industry leadership.
Jaime’s ability to navigate complex challenges, lead cross-functional teams, and implement digital solutions has positioned him as a key influencer in the ever-evolving fintech and banking landscapes. His leadership continues to inspire organizations striving to achieve transformation growth in technology and culture.
Tosca Fasso
Chief People Officer
In her 30 years as a team leader in the corporate world, Tosca has directed high-performing teams at top companies and agencies, with a focus on digital transformation. At Morgan Stanley, Tosca launched and built a user-centered research and innovation team that was pivotal to modernizing the firm’s digital footprint. Her team was central to the agile rollout across Wealth Management, including harnessing AI, developing goals-based experiences, modernizing corporate retirement and stock plan offerings, as well as the E*TRADE integration. Tosca earned the Global Excellence award in Leadership & Team Development during her tenure.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Tosca directed the content strategy team at Huge Agency in New York, leading digital transformation engagements for Nike Women, the Google Blog, and Morgan Stanley International Research. She has been a leader in the User Experience discipline at digital agencies including Razorfish and the in-house design agency at Charles Schwab.
Tosca recently left the corporate world to write a book on management in the post-pandemic era while also launching Manager on a Mission, a consultancy dedicated to building a future of management based on trust and empowerment, instead of fear and intimidation. She also serves as a volunteer leadership mentor for ADPList and Braven.
Richard Kimball
Head of UX & Design
For nearly 20 years, Richard has accelerated user focused interactions. Through competitive analysis, contextual research, rapid prototyping, collaborative design sprinting and strong artistic ability, Richard creates products with a synergetic relationship between business objectives and customer needs/wants.
Richard’s work with various start-ups has amplified the overall quality, profitability and success of an array of projects including:

Richard also has a unique ability to understand complex problems and bridge gaps in both user flows and siloed work efforts. He has taught UX design at the University of Utah, mentoring students in key UX principles. With a background in illustration, branding, 3D animation and motion graphics, he has leveraged these skills coupled with cutting edge technologies to create AR, mobile game and other innovative branded experiences and identities.
Richard’s varied industry experience and passion for design brings a unique advantage to Solei to solve even the most complex challenges with digital transformation.
